What To Expect

Lower Antelope Canyon

Located a few miles from Upper Antelope, Lower Antelope Canyon, known as "spiral rock arches" by the Navajo, is great for those looking for a little hike and a photographer's dream. The lower canyon is in the shape of a "V" and shallower than the Upper Antelope. Lighting is better in the early hours and late morning. Please note: you must arrive no later than 1 hour prior to selected time.

The time spacing of the individual groups is horrible. The guide in front of us was giving his group the narrative and allowing time for pictures. We would be waiting until the guide of the group following us would push (literally) into our group. The 3 groups became effective 1. It became difficult to take pics Position wise and not allowed the time. The info on the tour estimated the duration of the tour to be 1-1.5 hours. At the beginning of tour the guide stated the tour was 45 minutes. Antelope Canyon as a natural formation is amazing! The tour management’s priority is too obvious. There’s as saying ‘You can shear a sheep many times. You can only skin him once!’ My referrals will not be Ken’s Tours.

Wonderful experience with Nolan as our tour guide!! Definitely worth the trip if you are in the area. We recommend going early morning or late evening.

Just breath taking and our guide knowlen was awesome he really made the experience perfect. We would of never wanted to miss this canyon and seeing Navaho nation this truly was a spiritual experience thank you 🙏🏻
