What To Expect

Lower Antelope Canyon

Located a few miles from Upper Antelope, Lower Antelope Canyon, known as "spiral rock arches" by the Navajo, is great for those looking for a little hike and a photographer's dream. The lower canyon is in the shape of a "V" and shallower than the Upper Antelope. Lighting is better in the early hours and late morning. Please note: you must arrive no later than 1 hour prior to selected time.

After emailing back and forth for a few days it became clear that they would not reschedule or refund after being unable to make it due to every road north being shut down.

I was unable to make my trip due to ever road north of Phoenix being closed due to winter weather. They refused to move our tickets or give us a refund. Book it with a organization that isn’t only concerned with the bottom line.

The cancellation policy of Antelope Canyon is once your order confirmed, there is no cancellation and modification. However, sometimes if you do have some emergencies and tell us at least 3 days prior to your traveling date, we can try to cancel or modify your order with no charge. We do care customers' satisfaction and our service quality. But if you require to modify or cancel your order only within 1 or 2 days prior to your trip, we are sorry that we really can't do anything.
