What To Expect

Lower Antelope Canyon

Located a few miles from Upper Antelope, Lower Antelope Canyon, known as "spiral rock arches" by the Navajo, is great for those looking for a little hike and a photographer's dream. The lower canyon is in the shape of a "V" and shallower than the Upper Antelope. Lighting is better in the early hours and late morning. Please note: you must arrive no later than 1 hour prior to selected time.

It was excellent! Our guide, Rae, was very knowledgeable and accommodating to the members of our group. He told us how to set up our cameras for optimum picture quality. He took pictures for us. Be aware there are several staircases for climbing in and out of the canyon. If you take your time and are careful, it will be fine. It was one of the finest tours, I have taken. Highly recommended!

This was canceled due to weather, which we understand especially with flooding in the canyon. However, we were informed our refund would be issued 3-5 business days and 12 have past - still no refund.
