The Ugly Anne is a retired Maine lobster boat, built in 1976. So while not shiny and new, she has a lot of heart. Captain Chris is a quite personable fellow with an excellent crew. We had a lovely sunset with excellent views of the bridge. The only detractor was the little flying bugs that were everywhere, especially when moving slowly. Fortunately, they don't bite or sting, so just a mild nuisance. The boat is outfitted with benches for seating and beverages were available for purchase. We enjoyed chatting with a few of the other passengers. Great view of the bridge from all angles!

The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I would do this cruise again just because of the staff. Any question you ask they are able to answer it. Staff would help you on the ship as well as getting off the ship. ABSOLUTE MUST in Mackinaw city

My husband and I had a wonderful time. The sunset was breathtaking and the crew was great! They were very knowledgeable and polite. I cannot wait to go back again next year!!
