Needed to get away, took Mackinaw City Sunset Cruise it was very information and it was interesting. It was a great view of the Mackinaw bridge from below. Great pictures of the sunset. Enjoy it would do it again.

We were expecting a boat more like the ferries we've seen and it wasn't like that... but that was okay! And I mention 'fun' because the waves gave us more of a thrill ride going towards the bridge - it really was fun. Coming back was smoother and less exciting but with the boat ride, bridge views and beautiful sunset, we were glad we went.

A group of us took the sunset cruise yesterday. Very fun experience but please realize it is not a romantic or leisurely event—you are on a lobster boat on a bleacher type seat and you may get wet. Family run boat with mom, dad and son involved. We got some great photos!
