Cave of the Winds

During the Winter months we will do the Cave of the Winds Tour. here we will venture below the Falls and see the Winter Wonderland of ice it is incredible

9 pm the night before we were to go on our trip we received a call that it was canceled . I believe it was Dave that spoke to my wife and stated that the owner said they were having boat issues and were closing down early this season We did not get to have an experience or story

You never experienced the tour so in no way should you even be doing a review. The boat closed early this year and there was nothing we could do about that and you were refunded.

Our tour guide Darin was excellent. He did have a lot of of knowledge about the Niagara Falls. Explain about the history and the interest locations around the park. He made sure everyone in the group had a great experience. There was someone in the group with a walker and Darin made sure the person was able to enjoy the tour, wait for her to started talking about the next point and make sure that she was able to use the ramp and elevators when possible.

Peter was good at articulating the history and interesting facts of the river, falls, and surrounding area including Canada. The only thing that could have been better was the full 2-hour tour. He was a bit late and had to leave a bit early to meet the next tour. We loved that even though there were just 4 of us, the tour was on. Thanks Peter and David. Kathy and family
