During the Winter months we will do the Cave of the Winds Tour. here we will venture below the Falls and see the Winter Wonderland of ice it is incredible

Took family on maid of mist. They loved it! The tour was disorganized to begin with because a few were late and held up entire group which was disappointing. We didn’t do walking tour since we’d done one the prior night

Even when late we keep the tour moving as one guide stayed behind and waited for the few who were late, the tour moved on and it did not cause a delay.

First impressions are important and this tour wasn’t off to a good start. The group was held up for 1 person which was very frustrating. Seemed a little unorganized and the team didn’t know what to do without the event organizer. The tour guides dropped us off to the boat and left, I was expecting someone to talk to us during the ride. Once we were broken up and told where to meet after the boat ride, the group we were assigned was no where to be seen. We were 3 minutes late for the meet up but if the guides were willing to hold the group up for 1 person then the same should be afforded to everyone else. Also recommend some sort or uniform, matching polos at least to have a professional appearance. The tour guides themselves were good and had lots to talk about but for the additional amount spent, I probably could have purchased the boat ride myself and have the same experience.
