Being a first timer at Niagara Falls, I was a little anxious however having an amazing tour guide (David) eased all worries. He made sure that we were able to get in our planned excursions with minimum waiting. His other excursions recommendations were excellent! We managed to do the Jet Boat Adventure! It was an amazing birthday for me! He went above and beyond! Thank you David!

I was at Niagara Falls for the first time with the whole family.The Maid of the Mist adventure tour and walking tour with the guide was overall very good.We got some information but we expected a little bit more from the guide.Overall,it was cool and we reccomend it.

The Maid of the mist was fun and it was nice having someone to take pictures of us, but if you are accustomed to walking, hiking, exploring etc just do it on your own. It was expensive to pay someone to follow us around. Wasn’t worth the money.

First, I do not follow I guide. My job as a guide is to make sure you have the best experience possible and help you with things that you may not know, for instance we go on the boat early so you are not in long lines, which can happen right now because there is only 1 boat every 30 minutes. that is something you would not know, i also got off off the boat and up the elevator before anyone else so we did not have to wait in lines going up the elevator. This is a walking tour so we do walk so what you pay for is the guide service that was provided which most likely saved you a ton of time and allowed you to have more time in Niagara Falls to do other things.
