8 of us booked the eco tour in Makena Beach. Our guide was John S. Who was super friendly, knowledgable and guided us through everything we needed to know. We were a group of couples, some with snorkeling experience and some with none. It was a challenging day as the wind and seas were a bit rough. But the minute we went in the water our rough paddle out was forgotten. A very worthwhile activity to do. Book an early morning time.

John was an awesome guide for us. Our daughter was nervous because she isn't a strong swimmer and John took excellent care of us making sure we all had a great time. The kayaking part of the trip was excellent but the snorkeling was even better. We got to a not very crowded place and had lots of time to snorkel near the reefs and see turtles pretty up close. John took great photos for us.
