John was a wonderful guide and gave us excellent instruction. Everything was easy going, very enjoyable. We got plenty of time with at least six turtles, with great pictures to boot! The kayaking was paced not too fast, and was just overall a very memorable experience. A highlight for all of us! You can't go wrong with this experience on your Maui vacation.

We were recommended by freinds to use this tour group. We were not disappointed. John Hess was a great guide. He was patient, engaging and very knowledgeable about the reefs, kayaks and Hawaii. He took us off the beaten path and we saw turtles, eels and a manta ray. He said he had not seen as much sealife as we saw in his last few trips. . He explained everything we saw and took time with each of us. Remembered the whole group's name! Definitely a great kayak trip that our kids talked about for the rest of the trip! John even recommended a great local spot for lunch afterward. Highly recommend.

John H was our guide and he was amazing! He took our party of 8 out and made all of us feel comfortable with ocean kayaking and snorkeling. We had 4 kids with us and they all loved him. He learned all of our names right away and was so friendly and knowledgeable. Not only did we learn about marine life but he also taught us about Hawaiian culture. We never felt rushed and he kept us away from the big tour crowds. It was an absolute highlight of our trip. Thank you John!
