What To Expect

Key Largo

Mangrove Tunnel Kayak Adventure. Experience the waters off Key Largo as a local during this 3 hour tour in the mangroves off Key Largo. Kayak through crystal clear waters as we learn about the mangroves and their importance to the ecosystem of the Florida Keys. Learn about the birds, fish, turtles, and manatees that frequent these areas. For those that are interested snorkel through some of the tour as you experience the world under the mangroves as well. For those booking a 2 or more guests, we will automatically assign tandem (2 person) kayaks to those travelers. Travelers requesting single kayaks…please call the store at 395.451.3018 after booking to request single kayaks.

We are a family of four with two teens. We booked the kayak tour last minute, and we all enjoyed it very much! Our guide, Taylor, was fantastic! We learned about the mangroves and enjoyed a peaceful morning trip.

I had such an amazing experience with Florida Bay Outfitters when paddle boarding with my friend that I returned the next week to go kayaking with my sister. Everyone who works here is incredibly nice, patient, and helpful! The prices and service are unbeatable. They bring the gear down to the dock for you, help you get situated, and ensure that you are comfortable before letting you go out on your own. I will be coming back here every time I visit Key Largo. 10/10 recommend to anyone. They also have awesome products in their store!

This was well worth the extra money, instead of renting a kayak and setting off on our own. Bob was a fantastic tour guide and was so patient with our crew. It was beautiful and peaceful! Worth every penny!
