We did the kayak morning tour this week with a group from our Club. It was fantastic! The guides are professional and very knowledgeable about wildlife and vegetation in the mangroves. It was an easy paddle and well suited to adults of all ages. Would do again anytime.

We did the Sunset Bird Rookery Kayak Tour, which is an amazing kayaking tour. However, the evening we did it the wind was very strong at 10 - 15 miles an hour with occasional 25 miles an hour gusts. This was way too strong a wind to have to fight for 2 hours, therefore I think the tour should have been canceled and rescheduled. Having to fight the strong winds for two hours diminished the pleasure that was expected. Even with this said the sight of all the different birds arriving for the night nesting and the beautiful sunset was a view and experience out of this world. I strongly recommend this tour on a calm Naples evening. The tour guides were great and did all they could, including towing me most of the way, to ensure that all participants had a good experience. The wind was out of their control, but again the tour for that evening should have been canceled. One final thing it was so dark on the way back that you could not see the kayak in front of you. The guides should have lights on their outfit and there should be a light on the beach for return landing.
