The price is good and brings from door to door but may be due to the fact that it is shared and the last stop was my hotel I missed a Harlem walking tour that I booked in advance.I was at the go desk at 12.00PM and at my hotel 2.30 PM.

Perfect! Driver turned up earlier so the journey was quicker. Booking with the agent for the return journey was easy! Vehicle and journey was perfect. Definitely the easiest way to transfer between hotel and Airport.

Found desk easy enough in newark airport and all the staff we met were pleasant enough. Only issue was waiting times to get picked up. Could cope with 20 min wait for bus at airport but had a 30 min wait at next terminal. From there it was straight forward enough and return trip was hassle free
