NY had just been hit by Nemo, getting up to 25" of snow in Long Beach, so both airports in the NY area had been shut down from 2 pm Feb 8 -12 Feb.9.The van was clean;driver was very considerate helping me with my two huge bags. I was returning from helping victims of Sandy, with Smaritian's Purse.

The prices were fantastic getting me to and from Newark to Manhattan. Only thing i would change is the amount of time getting from the airport to the hotel…after a long tiring day of flying, it takes forever to collect people from different terminals. That part could be a little better planned.

We were pleased with the shared transfer from the airport to the hotel. It was easier than we had anticipated. The driver was helpful with everything. We also appreciated the timely pick-up when we had to leave the city. The weather was going to get bad so I know they were swamped with calls.
