We learned so much on this tour of the Lower East Side and Chinatown. Andy is so engaging and knows so much about the history of the city and pointed out interesting facts, highlighting the changing city. Our kids also had a great time. Andy took all of their questions and contributions with grace—really listening to them and responding to them. Our stop at Essex St Markets was well timed and delicious!

Andrew gave a fantastic tour, and he really made the LES and Chinatown come to life as he weaved stories spanning 200 years. It was fascinating, highly recommended!

Private walking tour of Lower East Side and Williamsburg with David. Focused on immigration through history and also a little of the punk rock and art scene in the East Village. David was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Great learning experience and fun packed into a 3 hour tour. Very cool to see live the Williamsburg Orthodox community during Sukkot. Despite being from the area and knowing the city well still learned many new things about Jewish, German, Ukranian and Polish populations in particular.
