Streetwise gave us a unique walking tour of the Lower East Side, Chinatown, and Little Italy. Andrew showed us parts of the city that we would have never found on our own. As a native New Yorker, he gave us wonderful insight into the immigration history of this area of NYC. We thought the tour was reasonably priced considering that it was for just four people and tailored to our interests.

I went on 5 walking tours with Streetwise New York and thought that they were all brilliant. The tour guides are so friendly and knowledgeable and were always willing to help after the tours with directions and suggestions on where to go / what to do. It's great to be shown around by native New Yorkers, in that sense I think you get a better experience as they truly know what they are talking about, it doesn't feel as though you are being read a script. I would definitely recommend this company - suitable for all ages :)

Our POD hotel offered these walking tours for free.. after taking the first one, we took two others. We walked through Greenich Village, Brooklyn, Soho, the meat-packing district, Little Italy.. and learned so much about the history and architecture.. fun, informative.. I would HIGHLY recommend this group! We went on three tours with three different guides and all of them were great!
