Jessica was such a friendly and knowledgeable guide who made our tour of the Wall Street area, the Oculus and 9/11 Memorial so memorable. She was both informative and entertaining, whilst also paying due and appropriate respect to the tragedy of 9/11. We only wish we had had longer in New York to do more tours with her. We would definitely look to book again on other tours when we return to New York. Highly recommended and excellent value.
