I learned so much! Frank had a fun way of making all the information interesting. Plus he knew practically everything about the area. He welcomed questions and actually cared if we heard and understood. The pace of the tour was slow enough for everyone to keep up.

Our trip last Christmas included this tour. We really did enjoy it. As much as I don't like the NY liberals, it was tolerable... Tour guide was engaging, informative and kept the the pace. It was a very good into to the history of lower NYC.
