Overview

All riders must be 36 inches or taller to participate/ride submarine.

Dive 100 feet below the surface and experience Maui’s marine treasures off beautiful Lahaina with Atlantis Submarines Maui. A special added bonus of this tour experience is seeing the spectacular West Maui Mountains while riding our shuttle boat to the Maui dive site.

Stingray, yellow tang, eel, parrotfish, bluefin trevally, and an array of other marine species are seen regularly at the dive site. See firsthand how the Carthaginian, a sunken 19th century whaling brig, has combined with Mother Nature to create a fascinating artificial reef to attract and support marine life of all sizes, shapes and colors.

Our air-conditioned, comfortable submarine interiors offer large viewing ports, which allow guests to relax and enjoy the amazing wonders of the deep. Passengers must be capable of ascending and descending a near vertical ladder on their own to board the submarine
Total tour time is approximately 1 hour 50 minutes. Actual underwater tour time is 45 minutes
Children must be 36 inches or taller to ride the submarine
Infants are not permitted on the submarine.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

We were thoroughly impressed with not only the tour itself but the staff. An unbelievably great crew provides an experience you have to try. This is a proper submarine too. Clean and legit.

Our awesome experience commenced with the 20 minute $4 local bus ride over to Lahaina. A walk from the bus stop via the downstairs bar, and across the road on the right we found Kirk in the booking office. His expertise, humour and first hand knowledge had my wife and I relaxed and keen to submerge. The boat ride out to the sub was relaxing and once more filled with humour and knowledge. Watching the sub surface and the passengers disembark confirmed we were in for a treat. Everyone was smiling and the expressions on the kids faces in particular displayed their obvious delight. I won't spoil what you are about to see on the sub other than the brochures are accurate. Once in a lifetime experience that more than met our expectations! We also saved substantial money by dealing with the locals and not the cruise ship.

I've seen more snorkeling. Not worth the money. Seen few sharks and a few fish. Nothing was worth $163.00
