We went on this trip today. Ocean was churning a little but it was a blast. Saw several whale spouts in the distance and a few individuals and small pods up closer. Crew was respectful of the whales and handled the water swells well. Got wet(some people more then others) but even that was fun. I recommend this tour.

We tried 2 different whale watches and this one was ok. It was their first trip of the day. The trip itself was fine and the views were beautiful. We did get to see a few whales and the crew was willing to keep trying to find more. The only issue was that the crew did not seem that they were interested in the trip. They were more content to speak to each other. Occasionally one of them would offer up some information, but then would go back to their conversation. It made the trip a bit awkward.

we went out on the redline raft first thing in the morning with Captain Seth and his crew Kelly. they were fun and knowledgeable and the experience was money well spent. even though it is at the end of the whale season, we got to follow a mom and her calf up close, which was pretty extraordinary. next year we will try to come back earlier in the whale season. Loved the fact this was a smaller tour with less people. It seemed far more personal than the bigger boats with crowds.
