Definitely recommend doing ! The team was amazing. They were knowledgeable and we learned a lot during this tour. As well as being very nice and attending to our needs. The views were sensational and the star gazing a one of a kind experience. Only thing I would say, it is very cold. They do bring big jackets and gloves for us, and we always have access to the van to heat up, but I wished I had brought more clothing with me, like hats, scarfs and a big sweater underneath. They recommend pants and closed shoes, but for me I would have needed a bit more. But don’t let the cold let you miss this great moment to be had!

Gabe and Aidan were excellent educators, hosts and drivers. We had a wonderful time! We learned so much about Hawaii's volcanoes. We also saw the Milky Way and so many stars and constellations. We highly recommended! Thank you!

Awesome! Do not miss this one. What a great experience. The drive up Mauna Kea is a thrill and the sunset is spectacular and the there are no words for the star gazing. Sooo many stars!! Tour guide Gab was great. Friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Dres warm really does get cold up there like the description says. There are snacks and hot chocolate which we welcomed on top of the mountain/volcano. Bucket list for for sure!
