Get close to the stars with our professional Celestron telescope and get a nice photo with our DSLR camera.

Definitely recommend this tour and trip. The sunset at the summit of Mauna Kea is breathtaking and the star gazing afterwards was the most amazing I have seen when star gazing. So many stars and galaxies!! (The Milky Way looks like clouds in the sky!). Hunter, our guide, was very personable and knowledgeable. You do spend a lot of time on the bus and its very cold up top but this tour takes care of you and is highly recommended.

The stars were incredible. Sky is nothing like anything I had ever seen before. Incredible to be at the summit for sunset. Fascinating commentary from the guides both on the way up the mountain and then on the portion to the observatory/summit as well as the star show. Enjoyed it tremendously. You wouldn’t want to do this on your own a d you really can’t anyway so book the tour. Totally worth it!
