The raft ride across the lake and down the river was very interesting and fun. the guide was a student from Minnesota and really enjoyed his job. The post rafting snacks are pretty lame. It rained during most of our ride which made it pretty cold.

We are 55 and always wanted to try white water rafting. It turned out to be wonderful. We heard going in a paddle boat gives you more of the white water experience. When we arrived at the starting point everything was all arranged in bins and sizes. Rubber boots and waders were provided to help keep you dry. We had a beautiful day around 72F or 23C degrees. Thankfully I just wore a t-shirt as I would have been too warm otherwise. Skylar our guide kept us entertained in the slower parts of the river with tales and stories along with the amazing views. Overall a good first water rafting experience. Out of the hour and a half about 15 to 20 minuets of harder paddling. Thanks for the memories!
