I just came back from the adventure tour with my teenage niece. We both were blown away. Our guides Matt and Andrew were both very knowledgable and entertaining. The climbing the glacier was an unforgettable experience and even included a small ice cave which is rare from what we were told because the glacier changes so much. The day we went was perfect weather and we were fine with a fleece and hat under the rain gear that was provided. The paddling took awhile to get across the lake but the guides made it fun. The climbing was not strenuous but a little nerve-racking at times climbing up or down an incline. The physical nature was not a problem for an averagely fit 40 yr old and teenage girl. In any case, I would recommend this tour to anyone, especially with the wonderful experience we had with our guides.

My husband and I booked this excursion to DO something while on our cruise portion of our honeymoon and this activity was A DO! In our planning, we did not realize we would be actively climbing a glacier complete with climbing gear but were overjoyed with this prospect once there. We sat in the front of the canoe and paddled hard and had a wonderful time with Mo & Ryan as our guides. They were knowledgeable and entertaining, except for that one song that I just did not know... (kidding, that was still funny cause so many others knew it). I froze on the glacier but that was entirely on me due to my lack of bringing my heated gloves (medical condition). The adventure was awesome and just another thing to brag about with my friends. Thank you!

My main goal was to walk on a glacier, especially after seeing fascinating pictures, I wanted to experience one. I was a bit disappointed that the glacier cave that I saw on various photos has melted away. I dont blame Liquid Alaska Tour about it melting away but they should have place a footnote beneath the photo on their website to manage expectations. To rate Liquid Alaska Tour I would say the following: - They are knowledgeable and equipped with everything that you need. They'll make your adventure comfortable. - They answer all sorts of small questions you have in mind regarding everything. I assume each time they have a tour group, people from all sorts of the world have curious questions for them. They do their best knowledge and time to answer them. - They are FUN. Cons: - In my experience there wasn't any.
