Guests will spend 60 minutes hiking around the rocky moraine and exploring near the Mendenhall Glacier.

Tongass National Forest

The entire Mendenhall Glacier ICE Adventure Tour operates in the Tongass National Forest, the largest National Forest in the United States.

Bryce and Kelsie made our experience so special and epic. From the beginning it was a clear day (unheard of for Juneau) and we were actually able to walk on the glacier and get the full experience! Again our guides made it special by taking our photos and bringing us to the most picturesque spots on the water and on the glacier. This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had in my life and would recommend this tour to anyone who visits Juneau. It’s an experience that not many get to partake and worth every moment.

Bryce and Kelsie were amazing tour guides!! Loved their energy so much! The tour itself is amazing. Walking on the ice was so breathtaking. We even got to taste fresh glacier water and eat some of the ice haha. Thank you to both Bryce and Kelsie for an amazing experience!

What an incredible tour of canoeing and then walking on the glacier, a once in a lifetime experience! Kelsie and Paul were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable which helped make the entire day fun.
