Liquid Alaska's Mendenhall canoe tour is superb. Guides Josiah and Alison have an amazing command of facts about the glacier, the lake, and the environs, and the 5-hour trip is remarkably well organized from beginning to end. This tour has everything for adventurers of all ages: great canoeing on a beautiful lake, spelunking in a real ice cave, and hiking on the glacier. Josiah and Alison take care to make sure everyone is suited up for safety. This is a must-do in Juneau.

We booked this excursion ourselves. It was wonderful. Our guides, Micah and Paul, were professional, yet fun. The equipment was in great shape and they had everything we needed. It was very well run. They also did not hurry us along to get in as many tours in as possible. They took as many pictures of us as we wanted. The Mendenhall Glacier Ice Adventure Tour was fabulous. The glacier and the ice caves were beautiful and unforgetable. The timing was perfect as far as getting back to the ship on time. I believe this was the highlight of our entire trip.

The Mendenhall Glacier Ice Cave Tour was all it advertised and more. Allison and Josiah were professional and personable guides who were very knowledgeable about the area, canoeing, and the glacier itself. Our favorite adventure on our entire trip to Alaska. We canoed across a lake, accessed an ice cave, hiked on the glacier and the guides took time to let the guests explore and take pictures without feeling rushed. A must do for anyone traveling to Juneau!
