Casey and Andrew were phenomenal! They were so fun and engaging! Their knowledge of the glacier added so much. Getting into the ice cave was amazing! An absolute must do adventure!

We started out in Juneau and took a van to Mendenhall Lake. There we were fitted with a life jacket, helmet, rain pants and jacket. Our guides were Casey and Ryan. Both guides were very personable and ensured that everyone in the group felt comfortable and safe. We then all got in a larger canoe an rowed across the lake to the shore next to the glacier. Snacks and water were provided and we ate those prior to the hike. From there we had a short hike to the base of the glacier. Our weather was amazing and it did not rain at all. We even had a bit of sun. The views were amazing and it was a great experience.

Safety is our priority and we're happy you felt secure in our guides knowledge and training. Even luckier to have no rain!
