Please note that due to road construction the Cliff Palace & Balcony House Ranger-Guided Tour are
not anticipated to open until July of 2022.

Mesa Verde was the worlds first archaeological National Park and one of the first UNESCO designations in the U.S. The sites and ruins are greatly enhanced by a tour guides passion and knowledge of the area including flora and fauna, geology, native peoples and its historical archaeological record. There is a story and mystery at Mesa Verde that can't be obtained through sight seeing alone.

Our guide was amazing! We were in the back of a backup van so couldn’t hear what he was saying as we were driving but that was not his fault. He was very knowledgeable and personable. Drinks and snacks and restroom stops were greatly appreciated!

Our guide, Aaron, was knowledgeable, passionate and entertaining. He brought the history of the Pueblo people to life and left us with indelible memories of Mesa Verde. What a terrific day!

From booking to the return of the tour everything was great. I received a phone call after making our reservation confirming our trip as well as an email. Our guide Chris’s knowledge and friendliness made our experience the BEST. He was so patient answering questions and had water and snacks readily available. Had an amazing trip!
