Loved the bus tour - saw South Beach, Wynwood Walls, and Little Havana. Spent 5 hours on the tour. Lot of walking. Very little waiting for buses.

It ok not worth $90….this was our first time in Miami and thought this would be fun. The headphones played Spanish music on the English Channel the whole ride. We thought it was a guided tour ride but basically we went site seeing and pointed at buildings and half naked drunk people we thought were cool and “wondered” who or what it was.

We booked the excursion to see a bit more of Miami. Arriving at the boat, we were only allowed on the ship after a long discussion and several calls. But the bigger problem turned out to be with the bus. It was not possible to get on the bus at the market square because the bus driver would not let us ride. We tried several times and the buses only run every hour. We were then told that we had to try another station (in Miami Beach, 30 minutes away). We weren't allowed to go there either. No one was available at customer service and even afterwards it was described as if we had been too stupid to get on the bus. The overall performance was absolutely insufficient. If you want to waste a day of vacation, getting on your nerves and looking for bad customer service, you've come to the right place! They will never see us again. I've never had such a bad trip.
