The service would be better if more buses were added. This would decrease the wait and on-boarding/off-loading time. Adding a subset of stops would a lo so be an improvement (e.g. a bus that only went to Wynwood Walls and Little Havana)

Nice views and fresh breezes from the open top. Pouring rain sent us all into the downstairs section for 20 minutes. But it passed long enough for us to enjoy walking around Little Havana.

Pick any other tour company. Do NOT use this one! They said you could start on the bus or the boat. We chose the boat and then found out that busses don't run past 3 p.m. and could not do that part of the tour. They offered a shortened bus ride instead which we rejected. They refused to provide any refund for our ticket price for 4 of us (terrible after-the-fact customer service too)! Even worse, they were so disconnected at the dock that after we got on the boat and had our seats, they told us to get off to take a bus first, and then when we got off the boat they said to go back on the boat. By then our seats were lost, the boat had no more seats outside available, so we had to stand the whole time on the boat. Never again with this company. Never. Find any other provider!!!

Actually you were given a choice and you indicated you preferred to stay on the boat. Unfortunately you asked for a refund with a number you made up. This is a special promotional package and the price is extremely reduced as a package. You never went on the tour and to rate and experience you did not go on seems unjust. Your tickets were for 3:30 and the bus was 100% available and last boat is 6:30 but you wanted the boat first. All we can do is advice.
