Fun seeing all the wildlife on the boat. The alligator show at the end was cool. Staff friendly and helpful. For a 2 hour round trip, we did not get much time at the tour location. Pickup was very confusing, no one at the Bayside pickup location seemed to give us much information about when the bus was showing up or where it would show up, other than "over there". The buses should have signs in the front windows showing the tour name and it would be a lot easier than to keep lining up next to buses that weren't the right tour.

Overall the tour met my expectations Good bus drive to the Everglades, competent and informative captain of the airboat which in itself was a first for me. Saw alligators, a turtle, numerous birds and lots of vegetation. The downside....oh my goodness!!! A couple had their 18 month old twins with them. Also went on the boat which the sign said wasn’t allowed. Given earplugs which I absolutely had to wear, but couldn’t fit for babies. Parents Provided with life jackets but didn’t put them on the babies. On the bus ride home they CRIED and HOWLED the entire hour and a half. Dear God!! I was trapped on a bus with two howling babies. Everyone was agitated and getting fed up with the noise. What’s to be done? Babies that young should not be allowed on a 4-5hr bus trip. Putting them on that boat without life jackets and ear plugs is a serious problem and should not have happened. I took a video to capture the howling and the crying which was beyond the pale. Booked for a day trip with Viator but having serious second thoughts! Nightmare for everyone on that bus including the parents!!!
