What To Expect

Miami

Jetski tour through out all of biscayne bay! Where the sun shines the best from sun up to sun down we are on the water!! Dolphin encounters usually happen in the mornings so don’t forget to book your appointment bright and early! The city awaits you! Let’s ride some waves! This voucher is for 1 Jetski but you can bring 1 passenger for $20 extra and enjoy the adventure together.

I believe our Tourguide on the green ski was next to you giving you instructions on how to ride and have a better control of the ski until she felt you were comfortable and she said you did a great job!!! I had an ok time I feel that the people should be a little more friendly, update their life jackets 100% and their jet skis 100% Me and my daughter fell off after a a wave hit us while we were pretty still! The young man came straight over to help us fast however when we went back we were a little shooking up so we took our time because we didn't want to fall again however he left us totally alone and we were very scared we finally made it back they were getting us off improperly and we were telling them that and Roberto said no don't worry I got you and my daughter fell in so he tried to pull her out all while she was bleeding from her thigh to her foot I asked them for care and a first aid kit he stated that they didn't have 1 and gave me a shirt and said my friend left this but he doesn't work here anymore and laughed and then when we finally got on the boat to go back he said how was it overall we said ummm ok he then said all man f you which was extremely rude unprofessional so I probably would not use their services again and or recommend them either!

I know your group had a great time riding the skis and our Tourguides always do their best to secure all clients have a great and safe experience and we always get excellent reviews about them.
