What To Expect

Miami

Jetski tour through out all of biscayne bay! Where the sun shines the best from sun up to sun down we are on the water!! Dolphin encounters usually happen in the mornings so don’t forget to book your appointment bright and early! The city awaits you! Let’s ride some waves! This voucher is for 1 Jetski but you can bring 1 passenger for $20 extra and enjoy the adventure together.

Guides were great took great care of us. This is mostly a jetski experience and less of a tour. They took photos and a video for us for a small fee, and they were super friendly about making sure we had the nice background for our pictures. (would have uploaded them, but the site here failed to accept them)

Fell in the water in no time. Worker doesn’t take time to teach you how ti jet ski at all. Good luck.

Hello guys, on our company all our clients get properly trained because your safety is our number one priority. We actually suggested you guys take a second ski since you were two big guys riding in just one ski and falling and flipping a ski could happen in this situation but you refused. We even trained you on what to do if you feel you are falling but you kept holding into the handle bars and flipped the ski upside down completely. We want all our clients to have fun and have a great experience on the beautiful waters of Miami so maybe next time if you ride solo as we suggested you will have a good time

First, they changed the location, then the time, and they never showed up. Hopefully I get my refund.

Hello Fabrice, Our company didn’t operate on Jan 1st but you had made the reservation before so instead of cancelling I tried to accommodate you with Miami Wavewatersports and that’s why the change on location. Unfortunately it was out of our control and they failed us. Big lesson not to trust our clients to anybody else. I know our apologies won’t erase the experience you had but I hope you will give us a chance on your next trip so we can show you the great service our company provides.
