What To Expect

Miami

Jetski tour through out all of biscayne bay! Where the sun shines the best from sun up to sun down we are on the water!! Dolphin encounters usually happen in the mornings so don’t forget to book your appointment bright and early! The city awaits you! Let’s ride some waves! This voucher is for 1 Jetski but you can bring 1 passenger for $20 extra and enjoy the adventure together.

They pick us up in Miami Beach for a short boat ride to Biscayne Bay. We boarded a floating jet ski dock and got on our jet skis for a fun time. Great activity to book!! Jet skis are fast.

It was so much fun! Initially we needed to wait very long (about 20 mins) before the tour actually started (our tour guide disappeared and it was unclear where he'd went), but once we got out to the bay we got plenty of time on the jetskis, great instructions and even complementary photos taken for us (usually it costs 20 USD extra apparenty) because it was my boyfriend's birthday. Can recommend this!

Hello Wanja, yes I remember the situation. Even though we always tell our clients to be early because parking on Miami Beach could be busy or since they come from out of town they get a little bit lost, which was the case that day with clients from your same group, our Captain left for some minutes to go and bring them to the right place. We don’t want anybody to miss on the great experience that is riding a jetski on the beautiful Miami waters. I’m so glad you had fun and that we were able to make your boyfriends birthday a memorable one, that’s our number one goal Thank you for choosing our company

Our booking was at 1 we didn’t start til 2. They have no respect for peoples time and I was on a time limit.

Elisa we do apologize for the inconvenience that day, Jetskis are machines and same as cars they break down without notice and you saw this was the case. We strive to give the best service possible and I believe you and your cousin had the best time after that, I even brought a special life jacket for your little son so you can take him with you.
