Horrible experience. Forced to take the earlier boat and boarded the boat too late to sit outside. Once on the boat, I won a “free trip” that turned out to be a SCAM. Only redeeming quality was CJ the bartender and the mojitos.

We were late by 5 minutes, we had to pay $15 per person extra to go on the next boat, the trip was supposed to be 90 minutes but they brought us back in 60 minutes. Did not like that part.

Unfortunately it is like an airline the gate closes and the the boat leave with the seat we saved not occupied. The ticket is $35 and we gave you another seat for $15. You received a ticket $20 off the ticket price .
