We stopped by on our way from Pittsburgh to Washington DC. White Water has excellent staff and guide (Ryan Robbie and Rainer) who made our trip exciting. From booking to completion of the trip each staff member was very supportive and accommodating. The food carried by the staff was nicely made and fresh. Ryan guided us on how to recognise currents in the water and navigate your raft, avoiding rocks and how to get off a stuck rock. Overall, my kids 12 year & 7 year old) totally enjoyed every minute of their first river rafting trip. We surely want to come back to the same guys and the same place, may be this time with friends/ family.

My friend and I chose to do the Middle Yough Guided Tour, because we had little experience with white water rafting and wanted something calmer. We were on the raft with four other rafters and our guide, Shredder Mike, who was awesome! He had a lot of interesting facts to share on the ride and was very enthusiastic. Luckily, the water levels were higher so we were able to left the river flow us down the river, which made the experience is a little less exhausting, but it was still a great excursion. The scenery is beautiful and the experience is great. Even though the entire experience was about 4 hours, time flew by because of how fun it was. I would love to come back and do the Lower Yough next time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Being 75 and 77 years of age it was a great pace for us. The staff were very professional and fun to deal with. Ryan was our guide and made sure all our needs were met. He may be 18 years of age but he's a well rounded individual. His love of being on the water is infectious! Be sure to include a raft trip on your summer activities. It truly is a "Great Adventure"!
