John is an excellent story teller, and works hard to make everyone feel welcome. He creates a group dynamic that assists in the overall enjoyment of the experience. He has chosen excellent restaurants with outstanding food and personable wait staffs. His inclusion of adult beverages creates an enjoyable tour without getting too rowdy. Would that other food tours in other cities had followed this model - alas, you will just have to go to Atlanta and experience this tour to see what all food tours should be like.

TA Readers: David is a great example of of why I love doing my Food Tours. After every Tour I send to my guests a Thank You email. It's filled with photo links to every one of our restaurant stops (so you don't have to remember a thing!) as well as fun photos of the group taken on the Tour. I always view that email as a wonderful reminder of the little adventure we shared on Peachtree Street. David responded to the Thank You email by sending me several thoughtful observations that would make my Tour even better! Wow! The fact is several of my guests over the past 18 months have done the same thing...for which I am truly grateful. As is much in life, you don't get far without listening! Thanks, David! Let's do this again...so I can show off my "new" Tour!

This was a fantastic food tour! I reached out to John when I had questions and hoped to get a spot on the tour. He was not only helpful and friendly on the phone, but he followed up to make sure everything was "good to go!" Therefore, since my husband and I were coming from out of town, not only did we have "warm fuzzies" going into the tour, but we had a great time, had more than enough to eat, enjoyed the beverages, and walked away with the warmest regard for John, his tour company, and Atlanta as a whole. In addition, John fosters a great atmosphere on his tour and provides great anecdotal stories; we were able to learn about the history and the development of Midtown. I can't say enough great things.

M. - I know you two were trying to figure out which city/school for hubby's MBA and so I'm thinking what a delightful way to check out Atlanta - Go on a Food Tour! So...one last pitch...Atlanta? Yeah!!! LA? Na-a-a-ah! Thanks for taking the time to write such a sweet review as I truly mean it when I say on my website, "Just call me!" If I'm Sold Out, just call. Sometimes I can find a few spaces. If there are no Tours scheduled the day that works best for you, just call. Sometimes I'm wide open to a Tour! It's like Mama used to say, "If you don't ask, you for sure don't get!" Wherever it is that you two end up, my best to you both! John

We took the 2/27 tour and it was great. John was able to move the start time so we could fly in that morning and still make the tour. John did a great job of explaining midtown while showing us the high lights. All the food was amazing. There wasn't anything I didn't like.

TA Readers: Kay is one of my guests that came to the Peachtree Food Tour directly from the airport. Yep! She and two colleagues flew into Hartsfield-Jackson, stopped at their hotel quickly, and then came directly to some food and fun! And they are not the only ones to have done that! Also, before Kay bought her tickets, she gave me a call, asked if I could start the Tour an hour later. Sure! Why not! That was an easy decision as she was the first purchaser for that date. Even if there had been other folks on board, it would only have meant a few calls...and it would have worked out for everyone! Be Kay! Just ask! Thanks, Kay, for taking a moment to share your adventure! My best! John
