I had such a wonderful time with John. Highly recommend this tour on your first day in Atlanta. The food is to die for! I was stuffed by the end. Be sure to come hungry. John is knowledgeable about the area and will give you tips on what to see/not to see on your visit as well as dining suggestions. He is personable, relaxed and fun. He was kind enough to guide me to free parking at his church. He met me there on the way to meeting the rest of the group. We ran into his beloved
wife Jeri, whom he refers to on the tour. She does exist!! :)
Overall fantastic tour. John is well traveled, knowledgeable, and fun. The food was incredible. After the tour he provides a list of dining suggestions in the area. Because of this experience, I will make it a priority to take a food tour on day one of my future travels.

M. - Even though I tell all my guests to come hungry, most are "stuffed by the end"! Lots of food! Lots of fun!
I'm grinning at the shout out to my lovely wife, sweet Jeri, as plenty of my guests swear that, even though I talk about her on the Tour, she's just part of all the other stories I just make up as we stroll down Peachtree Street. You actually met her!! Very cool...
Thanks for the wonderful review! Attention TA readers!!! M. has terrific advice when she recommends that you take a Peachtree Food Tour "on your first day in Atlanta". Let's go eat and drink and then I am always happy to pass along written suggestions for more dining options. It's a big city! Lots of choices!
I know you came to town to work...and eat! I'm thinking that per your note that you had a fabulous time....with the eating part at least!
My best! John
