What I love about food tours is that you visit restaurants that you might overlook on your own. This food tour did not disappoint. John took us to a wide range of restaurants - from little neighborhood "dives" to fine dining experiences. Along the way, he provided a wealth of information about Midtown. This was the most expensive food tour I had ever been on, but it also lasted the longest (4.5 hours!). There is an abundance of food provided; you will not go hungry! Thanks to John for going out of his way to accomodate my solo venture on his tour; so glad I was able to fit it into my trip!

P. - Ditto on the "solo venture" because after a little juggling of dates, you and I made it work. Traveling to conferences seems to create those guests that only need one ticket and I try hard to make that work. The result? Lots of fun! Lots of food! And... I hope that when you are back in Atlanta that you contact me. Always nice to have a chance to pass along the latest in dining opportunities. Thank you for the great review! Wow! I read your reviews of other Atlanta establishments and am honored that you really (!) enjoyed my little adventure on Peachtree Street! Very cool....

My son asked me to join him on this tour. I really did not know what to expect. Oh what a surprise! Upon meeting John the tour guide it was as he had known me all my life.He was more than knowledgeable about mid-town Atlanta because he lives there.i had driven Peachtree in midtown many times but I have never seen it like I did on this tour. The food "stops" had a very good selection of taste of midtown restaurants. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to experience midtown Atlanta, it's food and history

D. - Although I didn't sense that you wanted to move to Midtown (Come on!) but the Tour sure was enlightening as to all that Peachtree Street has to offer. I heard you say more than once that just driving down Peachtree is nothing like walking...and tasting...and sipping! Thanks for the great review but a special Thanks! to your son for making it a father/son adventure! Lots of food....and certainly lots of fun! Get everyone together and let's do a family thing! And soon! My best to you and yours!

I had no idea a walking food tour was so fun! There was a little history, a little visiting with fellow food buddies and yummy food and drinks! John was very knowledgeable about this area of Atlanta- he gave us great history and great dining experiences. The restaurants were a variety of different atmospheres. I plan on going again. I am so glad I stepped out of my routine dinner "box" ! What a great Mother's Day gift, birthday or any! -hint hint, Honey!

L. - What's not to love about a beautiful Atlanta afternoon, lots of food, lots of fun, and a charming guide! Ha! It was a whole lot of fun to watch you eight women enjoy your time in my neighborhood, sampling a mixture of "tastes" that I hope will bring you back. ****A side note to "Honey!"....John offers a sweet, sweet discount to repeat guests! A special occasion?! Let's plan some surprises together! L. certainly deserves it! Just sayin'....****** My best to you!
