John selected some great places to stop and sample the local cuisine, but his story telling and knowledge of the history of the area are what really made this tour five stars. Thanks, John, I had a fabulous time!

Thank you, Ms. M!! Now that you've had a preview of some of Midtown Atlanta's food and fun, the next time you're in town, grab some of your fellow worker bee's and let's do a company outing! I'm a one-man band allowing me to be extremely flexible so the starting time is up to you. Then the food, booze, and fun is up to me!! One favor...the next time you come to the South, please try not to bring Wisconsin winter weather! Ha! My best! John

My husband and I received the food tour as a wedding gift from dear friends. We didn't act on it right away due to other plans and distractions but when we found the time to get it scheduled, we were so thankful for this unique gift. The tour incorporates a nice walk around Midtown and the chance to experience four different restaurants and foods, drinks & desserts. It culminates at a small pastry shop at which we could each select two items to take home for future consumption. It was all delicious! John was the perfect host. He was knowledgeable about Atlanta history and the restaurants we visited. We really enjoyed him and would recommend taking John's food tour if you live in Atlanta or are visiting and want to get a wonderful overview of the Midtown area.

Hey You Two! I remember when we first met, getting ready to start off on the Tour, and you were apologizing for waiting so long to take advantage of your Gift Certificate. Ha! I certainly wasn't worried as I knew that as soon as you got settled and started looking for fun things to do, Peachtree Food Tours would pop up and you'd say, "Hey Honey! Let's do this!"" And you did! And we all had a blast! I love showing off my neighborhood and my piece of restaurant heaven...and then you leave with a cute map so you can come back and not wonder what to do next. (And you now know the only place to park FREE in Midtown!) Yahoo! Don't be strangers! Thanks for taking a moment to share your experience...and not giving away any of the surprises!! My best to you both! John

John was a great host while he showed us around his neighborhood (Midtown) and brought us to his favorite places to eat! He also gave us some history lessons while walking to each destination. Highly recommend doing this food tour while in Atlanta! John also recommends other places to check out while you in ATL, so make this foodtour your first stop!

TA Readers: Wow! Now that's some great advice! "Make this food tour your first stop!" (And that applies to every city you may be visiting. Get dining smart quickly!) My food tour is in Midtown Atlanta, a true restaurant heaven. Let me show you my favorites of the 50+ that are all walkable...and then I'll share some of the other dining destinations my wife and I feel are worth your dining dollars. Thanks, HNB! Your review is spot on! My best! John
