This was my first food tour and it greatly exceeded my expectations. My underlying goal was to learn about Midtown Atlanta and this was a great experience-only wish I had done it on my first day in Midtown. John is a professional and knowledgeable guide who paid attention to make sure each person on the tour was having an enjoyable time and learning as we went. Even as a solo among the group, I had a great time. John's tour should not be missed by anyone interested in food and Midtown Atlanta.

TA readers!! Here's some great advice! I "wish I had done it on my first day in Midtown." Food tours, wherever you travel, are a great way to get travel-smart quickly. Peachtree Food Tours not only visits five lovely restaurants but I take the time to point out other terrific dining opportunities. I not only share some of the history of my neighborhood but I also include tips on other fun things to do, which other tours are fun, and then we even swap travel stories...and how I can help you enjoy a bunch of other cities around the world. And, for Ms. M., who's taken a moment to share her experience, I have even passed along the name of one of Atlanta's best realtors! Thank you, Ms. M!! Here's hoping that a move to my Midtown will, indeed, occur! Then it will be "our" Midtown! Best wishes!! John

We had such a great time on our tour with John. The food was amazing - there are definitely some culinary surprises in store for you if you do this. Moreover, John was fun to talk to and a wealth of knowledge - he knew interesting historical information about Atlanta, gave us insight into Midtown as a neighborhood and was great to swap stories with. We're actually Atlantans - and still felt like we saw a side of the city that we'd never seen before. Highly recommend!

Ah-h-h-h... "Some culinary surprises" Yep! And, TA readers, it starts at the first restaurant!! Lots of folks are having lots of fun! Thanks, K., for taking a moment to share what a great time you and your husband had...and let's not forget that this was a Gift Certificate from your sister. You two are new to my city and I have always felt that a food tour is a great introduction to a lot more than restaurants. Giving an "experience" is often the best gift...ever!! My best to you both! A group of eight of us drove down from Blairsville, in the North Georgia Mountains, for an overnight in Atlanta and John Hannula's "Peachtree Food Tour." We had a blast! John was a great tour guide with a wonderful gift for knowledgeable patter all along our 2 mile trek through Mid-town. We not only tasted some delicious food, but learned a lot about Atlanta and it's history. Advice, get there early enough for a tour of the Saint Mark's Methodist Church for a great start to a fun evening.

Jane and her group of friends did something that more and more of my guests are doing. She called me to ask if the 8 of them could start later in the afternoon...a 4:30pm start would work better for them and their traveling to my Midtown. Be like Jane! Give me a call and I can pretty much make any day/any time work. It's that easy! Just Call John! Thanks, Jane, for taking a moment to let my TA readers know that my idea of a foodie adventure is a "Blast!" Lots of food! Lots of fun! Now that you have my cute illustrated map of Midtown...and know where to park FREE, don't be strangers! My best to you and to your whole gang! John
