My daughter and cousin and I decided to have a short " girls vacation " and wanted something that gave us a taste of Atlanta. John's tour was just what we wanted. We have been on other tours but they were nothing like Peachtree. John engaged his tour guests individually and we could tell a lot of research and effort has gone into picking the places to visit. The tour was slow paced and even this old chunky granny made it with minimal huffing and puffing. The food he chose for us was outstanding and the bits of history along the way were very interesting. Overall a fabulous experience.

Hi K.! How sweet of you to send along a review...and such a lovely one at that! Almost all of my guests are easy to engage with and you three were no exception. Lots of little conversations, sometimes as we strolled, sometimes while we were all enjoying that "fabulous" food! Oh...about "the bits of history". You do know that to entertain myself I make up new history for each tour! The challenge for my guests is to figure out what actually is true and which "bits" are wild tales! Ha! (Dear TA readers: Everything I share has some factual basis...sort of.) Thank you. K., for including my little adventure as part of your "girls vacation"! I see more food tours in your travel future! My best to all of you! John

Our food tour was a delightful experience even though as an Atlanta area resident you'd think that you'd already know Midtown. You will definitely learn something new. Food was delicious! Thank you John!

Hey TA reader! If you live in Atlanta or even one of the suburbs and you're looking for a way to entertain relatives...or what to do on this anniversary...or just want to spend some quality time with your grown kids, come to my Midtown neighborhood and go on a Peachtree Food Tour! What did Sisu say above? "You will definitely learn something new." My experience with local guests is that in the first 30 minutes I'll hear, "I didn't know that!" Or..."I didn't know that there was a restaurant down this side street!" Thanks, Sisu, for not only taking a moment to write a review but also for encouraging locals to join John in his Midtown neighborhood. Let me show them what I've learned in the past 20 years! And then there's all that yummy food! My best! John

John was a wonderful guide. He was terrific in accommodating our schedule and even came to our hotel to start the tour. The food was amazing and a perfectly curated tour. Come hungry because there is plenty of food and drink. You will want to come back to Atlanta again and again after your tour with John!

Come visit Atlanta, for sure! Check out a Peachtree Food Tour for some amazing food but, as K. says, "Come hungry!" Lots of food! Lots of fun! So...you're checking out my tour schedule and the days I run tours don't match with your availability. Be like K.!! Send me a quick note. Ask if I could create a tour next Tuesday at 4:00pm or Thursday at 11:00am. And, more than likely, you'll find yourself on Peachtree Street...eating and drinking and laughing. K.'s group was staying in my neighborhood so it made sense to walk down to their hotel and off we went!! Thanks, K., for taking a moment to share your thoughts with other TA fans! My best! John
