The tour itself was good but our tour guide was sub par. I know she tried but she wasn’t knowledgeable of Milwaukee at all. She stated she grew up here but had been living in Florida and was giving us more tips about Florida than Milwaukee. Also wasn’t worth the price, we were given one plate and the four of us had to share at multiple locations. Previous food tours that I have been on have had plenty of food and set up prior. Our tour guide was calling for reservations or placing orders while on the tour.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts on the Milwaukee Walking Food Tour, Joshuah. We appreciate your feedback and are always looking for ways to improve the experience for our guests. It's great to hear that you saw potential in the tour itself, and we’re glad you found some aspects enjoyable. Our goal is always to provide both a rich cultural experience and a taste of local cuisine. We believe in continuous improvement, and your comments about the guide and food portions are very helpful. We expect our guides to share deep knowledge about the city they’re showcasing, and we’ll make sure to reinforce this with all of our team members. It's important to us that each guide is well-prepared to provide the best experience possible, with insights specific to the location of the tour. Regarding the food offerings, we aim to provide a satisfying sampling of local flavors that reflect the city’s culinary scene. We’re reviewing our arrangements with the food stops to ensure the portion sizes and service are consistent across all our tours. We hope to see you on another Secret Food Tour soon, where we can provide you with a more satisfying and well-rounded experience. Your feedback helps us refine and enhance our tours, and for that, we are grateful. If you’d like to discuss this further, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected].

Bianca is new to the team but you could tell by her enthusiasm and her tidbits, she loves this city. My husband and I have been on a handful of food tours, this one gives quite a bit of food. You won’t go away hungry. It was quite hot and humid when we went but still very enjoyable. The “surprise place” was the best.

Not only was great food, but also great history of the city! Our guide, Tom was very knowledgeable and packed extra bags so we could take leftovers! :-)
