If you have previous neck, back, heart, injuries or shoulder dislocations, are pregnant or wearing a hard cast - you will not be able to fly.
In order to provide a safe experience for its customers and instructors, iFLY may not be able to accommodate flyers who weigh between 260-300 lbs and will not be able to accommodate flyers whose weight exceeds 300 lbs. Upon check in for flight reservations, additional evaluation by local staff will be required to determine if flyers between 260-300 lbs can be accommodated and whether additional restrictions may apply.
Minimum age is 3 years
Children under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign their waiver
It is recommended that you wear well-fitting, lace-up sneakers or running shoes and comfortable clothes
If you need to reschedule after your reservation is made please call the location directly. Modifications to reservation dates and times cannot be done any other way.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

It was awesome, just a great new experience. The staff is really good. Paul is a great instructor. Take advantage of the package deal if you want to buy again on the day you fly - we did as we are definitely doing it again!

I would like to rate iFLY as high, but cannot. Our experience with the staff and the flights was very good, but that was muted by the whole registration process. We got different answers from different staff we talked to as to options for groups. When we got there they told us the full experience as shown in their videos was not included and if we wanted that , thats an extra $20+. Then photos and videos are an extra $$ charge on top of that. And then at the end, there is a high pressure sales pitch to get you to buy more sessions. It is $100++ per person for only 2 minutes of flight.

Unique experience, something to try, it was fun for the time they were doing it, but disappointed in the actual amount of fly time. I brought my son and his friend there for his birthday, paid for 2 flights each plus 2 high flights (based on other reviews). Each flight is a minute long and the high flight was combined into the second flight at the end. For beginners, they really needed more time to adjust and get use to it. The fly time should be longer, otherwise to make it worthwhile you need to be prepared to spend money on additional flights. Do not plan to return, too pricey for what you get. Also a staff person was vacuuming in the background so pictures and videos have her in the background vacuuming.
