If you have previous neck, back, heart, injuries or shoulder dislocations, are pregnant or wearing a hard cast - you will not be able to fly.
In order to provide a safe experience for its customers and instructors, iFLY may not be able to accommodate flyers who weigh between 260-300 lbs and will not be able to accommodate flyers whose weight exceeds 300 lbs. Upon check in for flight reservations, additional evaluation by local staff will be required to determine if flyers between 260-300 lbs can be accommodated and whether additional restrictions may apply.
Minimum age is 3 years
Children under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign their waiver
It is recommended that you wear well-fitting, lace-up sneakers or running shoes and comfortable clothes
If you need to reschedule after your reservation is made please call the location directly. Modifications to reservation dates and times cannot be done any other way.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

This was a fun experience. I would highly suggest to pay the extra money to fly to the top ( it really should be included in package- too bad).

12 kids. All 11 years old (and slightly under). My wife said “let’s go to iFly for our daughters birthday party“. A strong “NO!” From this guy. The party there was 9/19/2020 and it was AMAZING!!! From the beginning of the proces to leaving at the end of the night - we were very pleased and impressed. Highlights: Instructor Bradley (Bird) - he was kind, patient and made the kids feel so comfortable and safe. He treated those kids like he was their equal and like he was their big brother! THANK YOU!! Entire staff - they worked as a team equipping the kids for success - thank you all! Food / beverage - so awesome! Pizzas from a local shop, fully stocked refridge with “help yourself” rules and the ability to bring in additional food (veggies, cake, etc) were all amazing!!! I could write more - THANK YOU iFly and team for a very memorable night for my daughter and her friends!!

I brought my 68 year old husband here for his February birthday experience. He loved it! And so did I watching him and his wonderful instructor Sam . We will return hands down and are planning a group experience. IFly is a great way to escape the winter blues.
