True cultural experience. Show was professional and entertaining. Maori's very interested in explaining their culture to us. Disappointed in Hangi feast. Thought we would see meal prepared in natural hot underground springs, but actually we only viewed it for a few minutes as it cooked in an inground grill. Not authentic at all. Food very good, especially the desserts. Would highly recommend it.

Touristy, of course, but we thoroughly enjoyed the evening and felt the performers and guides did an excellent job - well worth the ticket price.

It was enjoyable enough, and we are glad we did it, however the dinner was not as good as most meals that we enjoyed in New Zealand. The staff was friendly and the show was good.
