Ronnie was amazing! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and fun. We will do it again for sure. Next time we will do an all day and a little rougher water. Ask for her you won't be disappointed!

My experience was for the level 1 and 2 rapids for the morning half day tour. The staff were friendly and helpful when welcoming and delivering information. The staff was welcoming to all and ensured that clients were safe and aware of the schedule of the day. The level 1 and 2 rapids is a great first time rapid trip for families or beginners. This tour was mellow and relaxing (I would choose a higher level if you have rafted before). Our guide, Dean, was friendly and offered great conversation throughout the rafting tour and bus ride to and from the launch sight. He willing answered questions and shared facts about the landscape and rafting experience.
