Staff where friendly& and gave the tour group some water saftey guidelines! Their needs to be more Life Haurds in the water during snorkeling for new beginners in snorkeling! Life Gaurd that was on duty while snorkelers where in the water was not attention to detail! Life Gaurd spent more time flirting&chatting with girls! When he should of been helping all new beginners while snorkeling in the water! The Captain of the ship said that the staff would be more than willing to take photos for the snorkelers that where in the water! I asked the Captain directly if he would take some photos of me snorkeling in the water! He said diffently he would! He said he could take at least three photos! He only took one of me when I was on the boat! After I got done snorkeling the Captain came up to me and gave me my phone! He said oh sorry but I never saw you while you where in the water so I didn't get any photos for you! That was diffently horrible customer service! Captain only spotted us two Turtles that where in tbe water! That was when all the customers of the tour where on the boat! Their where no Turtles in the water durring our snorkeling time!

Nice Catamaran! Just expect to see a few other boats in the same area, so there were a lot of people in the water at the same time.

Very murky water. Almost no fish and very few people saw the one turtle. Captain and crew were pleasant and did the best with bad water conditions.
