1st off it's difficult to find the boat, 1st timers trying to find which dock number, only to find out it's on the opposite side of where all the other excursions/boats are lined up. No signage/maps in the harbor area or guide to where to find the boats/gate. Once aboard It's a short ride to turtle canyon however the boat couldn't find his location anchor, which took about 15-20 minutes then another 30 minutes of trying to get everybody their snorkel gear and by the time people took their time to get off the boat, almost an hour and a half passed by. So you're literally in the water for 15 to 30 minutes not worth $180 per couple. There was no water visibility, no fish, no turtles no nothing. I've seen more fish on my own time snorkeling other parts of the island. This was a waste of money. Save your money tourist trap.

The operator cancel this booking, Viator need to process our refund from Ala Moana Sailing Company BTW, our party show-up on the excursion, the operator did not. No text to cancel our 8:30 am for Sunday, 6-6. Complete waste of our time, we called no reply yet and it is 5:30 pm Hawaii time - completely unprofessional! Geraldine S

Everything about it was great! We saw turtles, the catamaran ride wash short and sweet, which was great for this seasickness prone gal.
