Horrible experience. We booked for earlier in the week and they cancelled last minute because the boat broke. Then we rescheduled for Sunday and no one showed up when we arrived 30 minutes early. We tried to call multiple times and no one answered with a full voicemail box. Easily the thing we were looking forward to the most on this trip and we couldn’t even go either time. If I could give a negative star review I would.

Staff was very friendly and safety conscious. Boat is very nice. Views are amazing. I wish we saw more turtles, but hey, that’s out of their control. The boat was very comfortable and snorkel equipment was provided.

It was a beautiful view of the Honolulu coast. We only saw 1 turtle that came to the surface. No real guidance or help from the staff in sighting turtles. They were nice and friendly.
